TWAMM charges a fee of 0.30% for instant swap, term swap and adds it to the reserve. Thus, each transaction actually increases the $k$ value of the liquidity pool. This is a payoff for LPs, who gain when they burn their LP Token to withdraw their portion of the total reserve.
